对知识、智力、能力、学习进行深入分析,在学习中既要优化知识结构,又要优化智力结构、能力结构;既要重视知识的传播,又要强化智力开发、能力培养,构建终身学习促进知识、智力、能力全面、协调和可持续发展的KIAL模型。
